ZenRobotics Ltd., founded in 2007, commercializes the research results of the group led by Academy Research Fellow Dr. Tech. Harri Valpola (Chief Scientist). Dr. Valpola has 15 years of experience in machine learning. ZenRobotics\' CTO is Dr. Tuomas J. Lukka, who, in addition to his extensive theoretical knowledge, has years of industry experience in developing software and processor technology. Mr. Jufo Peltomaa is the Head of Special Operations of ZenRobotics. The company is owned by key personnel and based in Helsinki, Finland. The core competencies of ZenRobotics are: ?robotics, machine learning ?statistical and physical modeling ?data mining & optimization The long-term goal of ZenRobotics is to develop general purpose robotics software for emerging mass markets, thus permanently changing the world as we know it.
